Built-in colour themes

Set theme = :<name> on a site to recolour the whole site in one line. Six palettes ship, each with co-ordinated dark and light variants and its own typography; add theme_toggle = true for a light/dark toggle button. By default the accent comes from the theme; override it with accent = :<hue>. Each row links to a live swatch preview.
